Plan your visit in a Cubigo community
Have you received your unique resident code from the community?
Follow the 3 steps below to plan your visit in the community, with a Cubigo visitor account
StEp 1
Resident code
Use the resident code you received from the community, and click on "Set-up your Cubigo Account". Your resident code is required to access to the Cubigo platform and create a visitor account.
StEp 2
Create account
Create your visitor account in Cubigo. The information required is necessary for contact tracing. You will receive an email confirmation. Use the link in that email to access the community in the Cubigo application
StEp 3
Schedule your visit
In the Cubigo application, you can select an available time slot in the visit calendar of the community. You will receive a confirmation be email. When you arrive in the community, show your confirmation and follow the visit rules.
